Befit Training was established in 2011 in Limerick by Eugene Mc Govern. Eugene got involved in Personal and Group Training through his background in sport. Having been contracted as a Professional Rugby Player with Munster for a number of years he developed a taste for this field having been exposed to various types of fitness training.
